We provide faculty, staff and students with essential tools for working and learning. The following productivity tools are provisioned for all »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË employees and students.
Microsoft Office 365
The main productivity suite is Microsoft Office 365. It includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and more. Microsoft Outlook is the most commonly used email and calendaring tool for »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË users.
Google Drive
Use Google Drive to create, edit and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations and more.
Zoom and Zoom Phone
Zoom Meeting is »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË’s tool for video and audio conferencing, and Zoom Phone is the College's phone provider. Both Zoom and Zoom Phone are accessed through the Zoom application on computers and mobile devices.
Other Tools
Other applications for collaboration and work management are available; some require the purchase of a license.
