The Office of Equity Compliance coordinates institutional processes to ensure compliance with federal civil rights law.

Those federal laws include Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended in 2008, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, The Clery Act, Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Title IX

Title IX directs how the college addresses prevention efforts and concerns related to possible sex discrimination, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.
