The Chidsey Program for Leadership Development prepares »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË students to exercise leadership in ways that positively impact our campus, community, and world.

We believe that leadership is a choice, and that we all have the potential to "lead from where we are." Through our programs, we invite students to discover and step-into their capacity for leadership. This supports the »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË mission to prepare students for lives of leadership and service.

Leadership Fellows Program

The Leadership Fellows Program is the signature program of the Center, bringing together 48 students to expand their capacity for leadership.

Leadership Series

The Chidsey Program hosts a semi-annual leadership lecture event, conferences and special workshops for all students to participate and be exposed to leadership education and development.
