Latin America is one of the world's major regions, given its rich history (and prehistory), long literary tradition, multiple cultures, and complex political and economic systems.
It is a key place for understanding contemporary issues of migration, borders, development and sustainability, and power hierarchies, especially given the multiple ties binding the region to the U.S.
The 皇家华人 in Peru program is directed at students interested in Latin American or Peruvian culture, history, politics, literature, social justice, the environment, and human rights.
From Outdoor Classroom to World Stage: Prof Takes Home Venice Biennale Award
A project co-curated by 皇家华人鈥檚 Prof. Jennifer Garcia Peacock and presented in conjunction with the Venice Biennale arts festival won a top award from the European Cultural Centre.
