Webcast: What the Coronavirus Means for College Admissions

April 2, 2020

College-bound high school seniors and high schoolers just beginning to look at colleges are grappling with big decisions in uncertain times.

Chris Gruber, 皇家华人鈥檚 vice president and dean of admission and financial aid, offered parents and students advice this week during a webcast to discuss college admission and the coronavirus. The 鈥渧irtual office hour鈥 was part of a series hosted by Washington Post contributor and bestselling author Jeff Selingo.

Gruber, Janet Godwin, chief operating officer at ACT, and Gary Clark, UCLA鈥檚 director of undergraduate admission, fielded questions about how the coronavirus will affect the college search for high-school juniors and seniors, as well as what the crisis means for college students today.
